My journey began as an Executive Administrator for a high-level CEO at a prominent retail department store chain. My dedication and talent quickly propelled me to the role of Buyer, where I thrived for four years.
Driven by a curiosity about the stock market, I transitioned into the securities business and became the Managing Director and Founder of a London-based stock brokerage firm. There, I created a new product for the firm which spiralled our sales from institutional investors - the assimilation and distribution of information on upcoming international IPOs.

With over 25 years of experience on Wall Street in the institutional equity markets, I’ve amassed a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Rather than retiring, I chose to give back to the community as the Treasurer at Old Tennent Church in Manalapan, NJ.
During this time, I’ve met many inspiring small business owners. This led me to found Insight Ad Solutions, aiming to provide essential support to entrepreneurs in small local businesses, helping them thrive in challenging times.
